Responsibilities

Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, franchise training sessions, corporate events, and conference calls.
Maintain franchise records, marketing materials, and company files.
Assist with franchise onboarding and operational documentation.
Update and maintain CRM databases and franchise contact information.
Coordinate marketing material requests and distribution to franchise locations.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and vendor communications.
Track project deadlines and assist with special projects as assigned.
Organize and maintain digital assets, content libraries, and marketing resources.
Support franchise recruitment and franchise development initiatives.
Handle confidential company and franchise information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, digital marketing, or a related area.
Strong experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
Proficiency with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

Own avoca.ai end to end: design each new page in Figma, implement in code, and ship without handoffs.
Build and maintain Avoca's marketing component library and design system, ensuring precise Figma to code parity.
Deliver key sites including the Q4 product launch site, the marquee conference microsite, and customer story pages for top accounts.
Design and develop landing pages optimized for paid, SEO, and ABM campaigns; instrument analytics, run AB tests, and iterate based on data.
Lead interaction and motion design on the web, including hero animations, scroll moments, the homepage live counter, and film/motion integration from the Creative Producer.
Collaborate with the Director of Brand, Product Marketing, PMM, and Product on launches, campaigns, and customer-facing microsites.
Own analytics and performance optimization; ensure page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO are core responsibilities.
Make and own technical decisions for the marketing stack, covering CMS, framework, hosting, asset pipeline, and deploy/preview workflows.

Requirements

4–7+ years as a hybrid marketing web designer/developer in B2B SaaS, an agency, or in-house brand teams. Portfolio must include shipped marketing sites you designed and built.
Strong React and Next.js fluency; production experience with Tailwind, Vercel or Netlify, headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or Storyblok), and modern asset pipelines.
Fluent in Figma with design system thinking, component variants, auto-layout, and library management; Framer or Webflow fluency is a plus for rapid prototyping.
Hands-on interaction and motion design experience (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie, or similar) with a portfolio that demonstrates craft beyond CSS transitions.
Strong marketing performance instincts: page speed, Core Web Vitals, A/B testing, basic SEO, accessibility, and conversion design.
Comfortable owning end-to-end web sprints from Figma to production deploy without intermediate handoffs and able to run multiple sites in parallel.
