Job Description
A Digital Marketing Specialist is sought to execute social, web, content, and event marketing for Flagship Specialty Partners' network of dental partners. Working with a team of marketing leaders, the role translates strategic plans into tangible outcomes for doctors and operates on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and publish social content for multiple practice brands across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely postings across diverse channels.
- Coordinate website content and prepare it for deployment on web properties.
- Update websites via WordPress, publishing blogs, provider bios, landing pages, and forms.
- Maintain content accuracy across several practice sites and business listings, including Google Business Profiles.
- Build event profiles, registration pages, and contact forms in an event management platform.
- Assist with event logistics and coordination to deliver engaging events.
- Set up and deploy event communications, including email templates and printed collateral.
- Coordinate production of marketing materials, signage, apparel, and other print assets.
- Manage an internal storefront, ensuring items align with brand guidelines and are easy to order.
- Communicate with stakeholders across the organization regarding project status, needs, and deliverables.
- Track projects and timelines in project management systems such as Monday.com.
- Support campaign reporting and KPI tracking.
- Help maintain accurate, up-to-date marketing databases and spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina.
- At least three years of hands-on marketing execution experience.
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms and systems quickly.
- Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without overlooking details.
- Experience with social media editing and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
