Job Description

Vital Care Infusion Services is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a remote (hybrid) role that combines flexibility with impactful work. The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 68,000 to 75,000 per year and a broad benefits package. Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and launch email campaigns using MailChimp or similar platforms.
  • Segment audiences, manage contact lists, and monitor reporting metrics.
  • Leverage FranConnect or other CRM systems to support franchise communications and marketing programs.
  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and propose optimization strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Execute campaigns through LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor key metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per lead, and ROI.
  • Support SEO best practices and optimize website content.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral including flyers, postcards, brochures, digital assets, presentations, and event materials.
  • Maintain brand standards across all franchise marketing materials.
  • Operate design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Acrobat.
  • Provide basic video and multimedia support when needed using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Maintain and update website content, with WordPress experience preferred.
  • Coordinate updates to franchise location pages and assist with landing page creation and campaign tracking.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across digital properties.
  • Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms; develop content calendars.
  • Write engaging copy aligned with compliance standards for emails, websites, social posts, print and digital materials, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate marketing support for conferences, trade shows, and internal franchise meetings; manage logistics for event materials, signage, and promotional items.
  • Assist franchisees with local marketing needs and brand-compliant asset creation; support grand openings and local awareness campaigns.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects, including the marketing store.
  • Collaborate with operations, franchise development, clinical teams, and leadership; maintain organized campaign documentation and calendars.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while preserving quality and brand consistency.
