Vynca is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support event logistics, marketing operations, advertising and research, and broader marketing initiatives that amplify the brand across conferences, digital channels, and community programs. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates in the Denver Front Range, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Support full event coordination, covering attendee registration, travel arrangements, and booth setup and logistics.
- Oversee preβevent and postβevent fulfillment, including shipping collateral, banners, and branded swag.
- Coordinate relationships with vendors for booth materials, giveaways, and printing services.
- Research forthcoming healthcare and payer conferences to shape event strategy.
- Monitor and report on event outcomes such as leads, engagement metrics, and spend.
- Manage inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials housed in the warehouse.
- Keep an upβtoβdate catalog of collateral and swag assets.
- Arrange shipments to field personnel and sales teams as required.
- Assist with database cleanup and contact uploads in HubSpot; no coding required.
- Assist with direct mail campaigns and coordinate list processing.
- Research audience targeting, keywords, and competitor ads.
- Assist with ad campaign setup by creating creative briefs, tracking links, and image assets.
- Monitor ad spend summaries and campaign metrics in partnership with the digital marketing team.
- Explore new opportunities for digital advertising and sponsorship.
- Support campaign planning and execution by updating trackers, timelines, and deliverables across marketing initiatives.
- Assist with email marketing, review landing pages, and perform proofreading.
- Manage monthly newsletters by customer segment.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and internal communications for key initiatives.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots and manage asset libraries.
- Contribute to internal culture campaigns and team communications.
- Create and publish blog and web content from contributor materials.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts.
- Create and post social content to promote blog and web content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2β4 years of marketing experience, either agency or inβhouse.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, or Asana is advantageous.
- Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fastβpaced environment.
- Previous experience in the healthcare field is a plus.
