Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for the EverHealth portfolio across acquisition, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage strategic agency partnerships to implement scalable growth programs across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with EverHealth business objectives.
  • Design customer acquisition strategies to increase market share among ICP buying personas.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns across paid digital, organic (SEO and AEO), social, email, and events.
  • Develop partner marketing initiatives including co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and partner-driven lead generation programs.
  • Advance inbound marketing by creating high-value content and experiences that resonate with target audiences.
  • Own outbound campaign calendar, including audience targeting, data strategy, messaging, and coordination with sales and revenue operations.
  • Implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure alignment with EverHealth ICPs, buying personas, and messaging across channels.
  • Track and report key metrics such as TOF/MOF conversion, marketing attributed revenue, cost per lead, engagement, and brand sentiment.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, make data-driven adjustments, and manage expenses within the allocated marketing budget.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to forecast new acquisition and expansion opportunities.
  • Continuously test and optimize strategies to sustain growth, including adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep EverHealth at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Proven success in driving growth, revenue, and retention.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization.
  • Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation

  • Target base compensation is USD 140,000 to 175,000 per year, with a variable component included in most US locations.
  • Final offer amounts are determined by location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the listed range.

Work location and travel

  • The EverCommerce team operates globally with offices in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. This role can be based anywhere in the United States and can be set up in-office or 100% remote if preferred.
  • Eligible to work without sponsorship is required.
  • Role may require travel.
