MARKETING SPECIALIST, FCH - MARKETING

Froedtert Health is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support its Marketing and Communications team, partnering closely with assigned service lines. In this hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI, you will translate market data into clear strategy and consistent messaging while guiding a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute marketing plans that produce measurable results.

As the primary liaison to your service line partners, you will help drive strategic positioning, audience targeting, and consumer-focused communications, with a strong emphasis on follow-through with both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the department’s primary liaison to assigned service lines, leading a multidisciplinary team to develop strategies and tactics that deliver value and generate results.
• Oversee the execution of plans and tactics throughout the year.
• Use market data and intelligence to inform understanding of service line business, strategic positioning, audience targeting, consumer behaviors, and message consistency.
• Apply strengths in communications, analytics, project oversight, presentations, customer service standards, and consistent follow-through with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications.
• Demonstrated progressive evolution of skills across prior positions.
• Healthcare experience is desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Solid strategic thinking and ability to execute strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentation experience.
• Ability to develop and grow client relationships.
