This field-based role supports practice marketing teams through referral outreach, local initiatives, and coordinated digital and campaign execution.

Assist with face-to-face referral marketing on behalf of the practice
Help create, edit, and distribute marketing materials (flyers, social media content, signage, and more)
Coordinate and support social media account management, posting schedules, and engagement activities
Support local practice marketing efforts including events, sponsorships, and community outreach
Maintain and update website content, online profiles, and directory listings
Track marketing campaign performance metrics and assist with basic reporting
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for printing, promotional items, and advertising needs
Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset libraries
Support brand consistency across communications and marketing materials
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the marketing team

Prior marketing experience preferred (healthcare, dental, or medical setting is a plus)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus
