Job Description

Havelock Wool is expanding from insulation into a dedicated air filtration line powered by EcoStatic technology, with the goal of elevating indoor air quality across homes and workplaces. The Sales & Marketing Manager for the Air Filtration segment will own the distribution roadmap, educate the market on wool filtration benefits, and drive revenue through both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Distribution: Identify, vet, and onboard regional and national HVAC distributors, healthy-home retailers, and specialized IAQ showrooms.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute campaigns that highlight the dual function of wool filters to capture particulates and chemisorb VOCs.
  • B2B Sales: Build and maintain relationships with high-performance builders, architects, and mechanical contractors who prioritize healthy building materials.
  • Technical Advocacy: Present the science behind EcoStatic® wool technology to industry professionals, translating complex data into practical sales tools.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to produce sell sheets, white papers, and digital content tailored to the filtration market.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor IAQ and filtration trends to keep Havelock Wool at the forefront of the Healthy Home movement.

Requirements

  • Filtration Expertise: 5+ years in sales, marketing, or business development within the air filtration or HVAC industry.
  • Distribution Knowledge: Proven experience managing distribution networks and understanding the path to market for residential and light commercial filtration products.
  • IAQ Passion: Deep knowledge of Indoor Air Quality, MERV ratings, and health implications of VOCs and formaldehyde.
  • The "Havelock" Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable in a remote environment and passionate about sustainable, non-toxic building materials.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills; able to discuss technical topics with engineers and wellness topics with interior designers.
