Digital Marketing & Content Manager
Job Description
Blue Yonder is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to develop and deliver an integrated digital content strategy that strengthens brand awareness, increases customer engagement, and supports demand generation across the buyer journey. This is a hands-on role focused on high-quality, brand-aligned content creation, along with leadership of content strategy and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This position is based in Dallas, TX (remote) and offers a salary range of $79,223 to $114,888 per year. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience are required.
What you will do
- Develop, own, and execute the content and overall digital content marketing strategy in alignment with business and strategic marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar supporting product launches, campaigns, thought leadership, customer engagement, and demand generation.
- Use emerging industry trends, customer insights, and market opportunities to inform future content strategy.
- Establish content governance, messaging frameworks, editorial standards, and best practices.
- Create customer-focused content across multiple formats, including customer stories, email campaigns, videos, webinars, presentations, sales enablement materials, digital advertising, event and trade show collateral, company websites and supporting websites, and social media (for example, LinkedIn).
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging for multiple audiences.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop value propositions and craft product stories across the customer lifecycle.
- Act as the primary editor to maintain consistency across messaging, tone, quality, and brand standards.
- Integrate content into multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer lifecycle outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize content, performance, social media, and email marketing.
- Support brand campaigns by producing content that helps move prospects from brand awareness into demand generation.
- Ensure content is optimized for digital consumption and engagement.
- Gather stakeholder input to confirm content addresses customer challenges and business priorities.
- Lead multiple content initiatives at once while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across content marketing efforts.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Proven success developing and executing integrated digital content strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience using analytics and performance data to optimize content and marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated approach with strong ownership and accountability.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $79,223.00 to $114,888.00 USD. In addition, the role will be eligible to participate in either an annual performance bonus or a commission program, based on the nature of the position.
