Senior Account Executive, Health and Wellness Influencer Marketing
Job Description
The Senior Account Executive role supports health and wellness influencer marketing for the starpower and Real Chemistry team, focusing on talent procurement, campaign management, and client service for health and wellness clients in a hybrid US-based arrangement. This remote-position role aligns with US-based operations within a professional agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and advance the talent procurement process for public relations, advertising, digital campaigns, and paid and organic influencer initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate in-culture opportunities aligned with client objectives.
- Map talent networks and outreach to agents, managers, publicists, and related contacts to build relationships for castings, gifting, and event sponsorships.
- Create client-ready materials such as casting sheets and scopes of work.
- Prepare and negotiate formal offers and agreements for brand and agency clients covering paid campaigns, events, and music video integrations.
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end from procurement to content management, including authoring briefs tied to brand messaging and content goals.
- Coordinate logistics for content shoots and secure approvals for campaign materials.
- Brief partners on guidelines and monitor compliance to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Prepare campaign and project recap documents and decks.
- Contribute to data entry, evaluation, and database management within tools such as CreatorIQ and Airtable.
- Act as project lead, communicating with clients about social campaigns and suitable partnerships while offering strategic recommendations and perspectives.
- Monitor sports and entertainment media, social channels, blogs, and broadcasts to identify opportunities and potential partners for clients.
- Develop gifting strategies that are proactive and reactive as needed.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings among starpower account teams, clients, and agents; attend in-person client meetings as required.
- Submit and track payment packages to ensure timely compensation for all partners.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, overseeing workflow and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience, preferably within an agency or client-service setting and/or with a health or wellness brand.
- A natural affinity for pop culture and entertainment, with a strong interest in the pharmaceutical space, including women’s health, aesthetics, oncology, and related areas.
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient understanding of digital and social media, with a solid grasp of Instagram and other influencer platforms.
- Creative thinker capable of translating ideas into influencer and client-facing materials that drive high-performing content.
- Flexible and self-motivated.
- Experience mentoring junior teammates.
- Experience collaborating with brands, agencies (PR and advertising), influencers, celebrities, agents, managers, and publicists.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay range
Salary: USD 65,000 - 95,000 per year
