Job Description

The Law Office of Stephanie F. Dominguez is expanding its digital footprint with a fully remote, part-time role designed for a seasoned marketer who can own the firm’s online presence. This position focuses on attracting qualified prospects, increasing consultations, and strengthening the practice’s online reputation for a growing virtual law firm, with an expectation of about 20-30 hours per week at an hourly rate of $25-$35. The role operates remotely within the United States and requires independent, data-driven work.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the firm’s entire digital presence, including Google Business Profile and Ads, Yelp and Ads, Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Justia, the firm website content, and overall online reputation.
  • Design and execute SEO strategies to boost qualified traffic, search visibility, and lead generation.
  • Perform keyword research and analyze competitors to inform strategy.
  • Apply on-page, off-page, and local SEO improvements; monitor rankings and implement adjustments.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile to enhance local-search visibility.
  • Develop and implement tactics to increase calls, website visits, and consultation requests.
  • Manage Google Ads and Yelp Ads campaigns and monitor their performance.
  • Improve conversion rates and cost-per-lead metrics; provide recommendations on advertising budgets and strategy.
  • Write and publish approximately two to three SEO-focused blog articles per week and revise website content as needed.
  • Recommend and implement website enhancements aimed at improving conversion rates and user experience.
  • Monitor reviews across reputation platforms and implement systems to increase client reviews; respond to reviews when appropriate.
  • Track and report on leads, consultation requests, website traffic, search visibility, advertising performance, and cost per lead; provide monthly improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of digital-marketing experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Minimum three years of experience performing SEO work.
  • Minimum three years of experience managing Google Business Profiles.
  • Proven history of generating business leads through digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated history of employment stability and reliability.
