Hotel Level Marketing Manager - Digital Creative Strategy (contract)
Job Description
Contract role to lead Hilton's hotel-level marketing and digital property page optimization, driving storytelling, conversion, and scalable enhancement programs across Hilton.com.

Responsibilities
- Lead hotel owned digital storytelling and property page optimization initiatives to boost conversion and maximize content across channels
- Collaborate with Product and Website teams to implement approved property page enhancements, including imagery swaps, content hierarchy improvements, and storytelling updates within existing templates
- Oversee scalable optimization programs designed to improve conversion and reduce friction for hotels
- Create and maintain practical education and enablement materials to help hotels improve the effectiveness of their Hilton.com property pages
- Ensure website governance standards and page optimization guardrails are followed while providing guidance and recommendations to properties
- Support prioritization and rollout planning for new property page enhancements and optimization initiatives
- Translate hotel feedback and business needs into actionable recommendations to inform future website enhancements and roadmap planning
- Collaborate with Product, Website, and Digital teams to support implementation of property page enhancements and optimization initiatives
- Partner with Hotel Level Marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve hotel page performance and scalability
- Work cross-functionally with Brand and Enterprise Marketing teams to align property page experiences with Hilton standards and business priorities
- Engage with agencies and external partners as needed to support optimization programs and approved content initiatives
- Lead scalable hotel property page optimization programs and enhancement initiatives
- Develop and own education and enablement resources that help hotels improve their Hilton.com property pages
- Oversee governance and implementation support related to property page updates and optimization standards
- Coordinate prioritization and rollout of page enhancements and new property page capabilities
- Drive cross-functional coordination to translate hotel feedback into practical website improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, website optimization, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, website optimization, and content strategy principles
- Proven ability to improve website or landing page performance through content and page level optimization
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving digital platforms, website operations, or product implementations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable recommendations for digital experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Experience with matrix collaboration across diverse teams and business functions
- Familiarity with hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand environments
- Working knowledge of digital content management systems or website optimization programs
- Understanding of hotel level marketing operations and scalable enablement models
- Experience supporting digital product enhancements or website rollout initiatives
