Job Description

TD SYNNEX seeks a Growth Marketing Campaign Manager to drive integrated demand programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. The role owns digital campaigns, supports field marketing execution, and delivers clear performance reporting and insights through a hands-on blend of strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns spanning digital, field, and partner ecosystems
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution from concept through reporting and optimization
  • Lead ongoing programs including webinars, nurture emails, and content syndication
  • Align campaigns with sales priorities and go-to-market initiatives
  • Oversee webinar strategy, execution, and performance measurement
  • Improve campaign performance for lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
  • Collaborate with sales on lead follow-up and ensuring campaign alignment
  • Coordinate with marketing operations on tracking, attribution, and execution
  • Partner with field and partner teams to deliver coordinated programs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through integrated campaigns
  • Experience managing digital marketing programs end to end
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance and ROI
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional execution capabilities
