Role Overview

This sales support role focuses on preparing customer-facing materials, maintaining and improving account relationships, reactivating inactive clients, and identifying new opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and promotional materials, maintaining accuracy and professional presentation.
Build and sustain positive relationships with existing and new customers by learning and supporting short- and long-term business needs.
Review current accounts to identify additional opportunities for new business within existing client relationships.
Revive inactive accounts through outbound telephone outreach.
Identify and pursue prospective customers who call in or come through networking, referrals, or other sources.

Required Qualifications

Experience in the printing and/or marketing promotion industries is required.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales support for a print and promo/apparel administrative, or marketing role, with proven business software and technology proficiency.
Advanced working knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry, documentation, and client-facing materials.
Proactive, enthusiastic work style with the ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Comfort adapting to shifting priorities and taking on new challenges while working under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
