Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator role supports FirstTeam Real Estate agents with marketing operations, asset creation, reporting, and multi channel campaigns from Newport Beach, CA on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

Deliver timely, high quality marketing support to agents via the Zendesk ticketing system
Produce professional marketing assets including print collateral, digital content, and social graphics
Prepare detailed marketing reports to inform strategic decisions
Coordinate email communications to keep agents informed of company updates and resources
Collaborate with Marketing Advisors and the Marketing Manager on new campaigns and initiatives
Foster strong relationships with top performing agents and provide ongoing marketing guidance
Stay current on real estate and marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
Guide agents in executing multimedia campaigns across print, digital, and social channels
Uphold consistent brand standards across all marketing materials
Help agents leverage the full suite of FirstTeam Real Estate marketing resources

Requirements

Experience in real estate marketing and advertising
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Cloud Suite, design software (Canva or similar), CRM systems (Zendesk), and social media marketing
Copywriting skills with ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment

Experience and Qualifications

Canva (or similar): 2 years (Required)
Real estate marketing: 1 year (Required)
Zendesk or a similar platform: 1 year (Required)
Social media marketing: 1 year (Required)
Marketing Coordinator: 2 years (Required)
