Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator role supports FirstTeam Real Estate agents with marketing operations, asset creation, reporting, and multi channel campaigns from Newport Beach, CA on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, high quality marketing support to agents via the Zendesk ticketing system
- Produce professional marketing assets including print collateral, digital content, and social graphics
- Prepare detailed marketing reports to inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate email communications to keep agents informed of company updates and resources
- Collaborate with Marketing Advisors and the Marketing Manager on new campaigns and initiatives
- Foster strong relationships with top performing agents and provide ongoing marketing guidance
- Stay current on real estate and marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
- Guide agents in executing multimedia campaigns across print, digital, and social channels
- Uphold consistent brand standards across all marketing materials
- Help agents leverage the full suite of FirstTeam Real Estate marketing resources
Requirements
- Experience in real estate marketing and advertising
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Suite, design software (Canva or similar), CRM systems (Zendesk), and social media marketing
- Copywriting skills with ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency
- Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Experience and Qualifications
- Canva (or similar): 2 years (Required)
- Real estate marketing: 1 year (Required)
- Zendesk or a similar platform: 1 year (Required)
- Social media marketing: 1 year (Required)
- Marketing Coordinator: 2 years (Required)
