- Curate property photography by coordinating professional shoots, selecting hero images, editing and touch-ups, and maintaining an organized digital library for use across listings, collateral, web, and social.
- Design and maintain on-brand templates for proposals and lease packages, and support Leasing Directors by formatting prospect-facing proposals as needed.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure strong team data hygiene for marketing assets and shared team resources.

- Ensure suites are staged, clean, and show-ready ahead of tours, with occasional field support such as opening and locking up suites when needed.
- Plan and execute broker open houses, broker events, tenant appreciation gatherings, holiday parties, and other on-property activations that strengthen relationships and support deal flow.
- Lead on-site marketing efforts including property signage and banners, lobby and leasing-center merchandising, in-suite branding, model-suite presentation, and on-property activations.
- Support Leasing Directors and the supervisory team with prospect-facing materials, market data, comparable analyses, and presentation decks as needed.
- Coordinate with property management and leasing operations to maintain a seamless prospect-to-tenant experience and consistent brand presentation across every touchpoint.
- Manage broker and tenant gifting programs, including curating gifts, coordinating seasonal and holiday touchpoints, tracking move-in welcome gifts, and ensuring timely on-brand delivery across the portfolio.
