Sales and Marketing

Blue Sky Carts LLC is hiring a sales and marketing professional in Panama City, FL for onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound and warm calls to prospective and existing business customers using telemarketing and inside sales to begin relevant conversations
• Use consultative discovery: ask questions to understand customer goals, share suitable technology solutions, and negotiate terms to advance opportunities
• Track and manage leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in Salesforce or other CRM tools, including Salesforce Cloud
• Use sales automation technologies and other sales technology to organize outreach, maintain accurate records, and support timely follow-up
• Coordinate with colleagues to help answer customer questions, improve client communication, and provide responsive customer service

Requirements

• Strong English communication, including confident phone communication and clear customer messaging
• Sales experience, ideally B2B with technology sales or technical sales; inside sales and call center experience are relevant
• Proven consultative selling, negotiation, outbound calling, and deal-closing skills
• Comfort working in CRM systems, including Salesforce, and willingness to adopt sales technology and automation tools
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage follow-up while maintaining accurate sales records
