Job Description

Associate Creative Director, Ring Retail & Marketing at Amazon.com Services LLC is an onsite role in Hawthorne, CA, leading end-to-end retail design across product launches, campaigns, and retail touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end retail design projects and translate complex ideas into clear, impactful shopping experiences for the Ring brand.
Design engaging assets for Ring's retail marketing campaigns across online, offline, and event channels.
Leverage customer research, A/B testing, and behavioral data to inform design decisions.
Perform site visits and audits to assess existing retail spaces, propose improvements, and maintain consistency across locations.
Present work to leadership and cross-functional teams with a clear strategic point of view.
Collaborate with marketing, channel, and production teams and manage external vendors or contractors to deliver cohesive, on-brand retail experiences.
Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and technologies to introduce innovative design solutions that enhance shopper engagement and drive business results.
Define and evolve Ring’s Retail standards to ensure reuse and consistency where appropriate.

Requirements

8+ years of design experience
Available online portfolio
Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
