Marketing & SEO Specialist (Client-Facing)

Remote, full-time Marketing and SEO support with a client-facing focus. Responsibilities

• Enhance service-page content to broaden coverage and clarity
• Refine metadata, heading structure, internal links, and overall page organization
• Identify SEO opportunities and implement updates directly
• Maintain precise keyword tracking
• Optimize and refresh Google Business Profiles
• Ensure consistent NAP and citations across listings
• Support clients with review strategy and responses
• Join client calls as scheduled
• Provide monthly performance summaries in clear, plain language
• Explain the rationale behind changes and their expected impact
• Spot opportunities or issues early and raise them promptly
• Represent Contractor Web Zone professionally in all interactions
• Prepare monthly reports showing rankings, traffic, and key improvements
• Record work in a clean, organized system
• Coordinate with the development team for technical updates as required
• Manage multiple client accounts with reliable follow-through

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or account management
• Strong writing and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients
• Experience with Google Business Profiles and local SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SE Ranking, Moz, Ahrefs, or equivalents
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple client accounts
