Job Description

FedEx is seeking a Digital Marketing Principal to steer digital product development and commercialization, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives while uniting technology, sales, and executive teams. The role drives revenue and user adoption through end-to-end commercialization and strategic roadmaps. Based in Charlotte, NC with remote-work flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic plans for market analysis, product performance, trends, revenue metrics, and customer experience management.
  • Collaborates in a leadership capacity with technology specialists on digital product and technology development.
  • Leads and contributes to the creation of product specifications, requirements, and implementation steps.
  • May participate in test planning, measurement, and other analytical activities.
  • Provides support through demonstrations, tool development, and functional presentations.
  • Maintains expertise on products and technologies through ongoing training and research, applying insights to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Leads the end-to-end commercialization strategy for digital product portfolios, covering market positioning, pricing, go-to-market plans, and annual revenue and adoption targets.
  • Serves as the primary strategic bridge between technical product teams, sales, and executive leadership, championing complex initiatives and advancing priorities to ensure successful launches.
  • Develops compelling business cases and translates high-level company objectives into actionable commercial roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Experience guiding global product rollouts or managing international market expansions, including localization of commercial strategies.
  • Proven ability to own a revenue or adoption target and connect digital initiatives to business outcomes such as ROI, churn reduction, or market share gains.
  • History of mentoring senior-level contributors and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. If you reside within 50 miles of a FedEx campus, you will be required to work at a campus location several times per week.
