Job Description

FedEx is seeking a Digital Marketing Advisor based in Plano, TX with remote work eligibility. The role focuses on planning and executing digital product strategy and customer engagement initiatives, including monetization, pricing, and go-to-market leadership for premium digital offerings within FedEx's global supply chain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive monetization for premium technology and data products across the global supply chain ecosystem, including advanced visibility, sustainability, and monitoring solutions.
  • Manage the complete end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle for paid product launches.
  • Shape the commercial product strategy for strategic supply chain technology partnerships.
  • Develop value-based pricing models that align software and data costs with customer ROI and operational savings.
  • Initiate and lead commercial pilots to validate the revenue potential of Digital Paid Products within the supply chain technology ecosystem.
  • Define the KPIs and success criteria required to scale digital product pilots into full market offerings.
  • Proactively manage launch risks and adjust strategies to ensure on-time, commercially successful rollouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or related business discipline.
  • Five years of experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product marketing, management, or technology support.
  • More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements; a related Master’s Degree equals two years of experience.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, product analysis, digital industry and customer research to create and optimize the customer experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement and launch market-leading, customer-centric products or programs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support strategic priorities.
  • Maintain expertise on products and technologies through training and research and apply that training to drive best practices and foster continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills Considered a Plus

  • Logistics Tech/SaaS expertise: Proven track record in the supply chain technology sector (e.g., post-purchase, visibility, WMS/OMS software).
  • Deep understanding of shipper, 3PL, and merchant buyer personas and their operational pain points.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and defend compelling business cases for pricing strategies to ROI-driven executives.
  • Proven Agile experience driving product launches, with a track record of rapidly resolving critical-path technical and operational roadblocks.

Preferred Qualifications

Location and work arrangement: This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. However, if you reside within a 50 mile radius of a FedEx campus, you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

  • MN: $7,488.36/mo - $14,306.70/mo
  • IL & NV: $7,488.36/mo - $14,957.01/mo
  • MD, NY & WA: $7,488.36/mo - $15,607.31/mo
