Job Description
NSTXL is seeking a Coordinator I, Program Marketing to coordinate and implement full life-cycle marketing campaigns for NSTXL OTAs, support NSTXL OTA events, and drive marketing strategies across divisions including Space Systems Command and NSWC Crane Division. This remote role blends content creation with campaign setup and event support to connect NSTXL members and prospects with meaningful opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop all communications that support marketing campaigns, including emails, community posts, social posts, website pages, and advertisements.
- Create visual assets for each opportunity, such as email banners, social graphics, website design, landing pages, and registration forms.
- Support solicitation-specific teaming tools to connect members and prospects with complementary technologies.
- Configure the technical build for campaigns and assist in managing the MarTech stack, including virtual event setup, emails, web pages, list tracking, and market research lists.
- Develop opportunity target lists from SBIR, GovWin, or other supplemental research.
- Conduct direct market outreach (sequences, direct messages, phone calls) to generate interest and collect survey results, recording member feedback in HubSpot.
- Assist customer success by answering inquiries from customers and prospects.
- Maintain tasks in Monday.com and support Program Marketing leads with their delegated needs.
- Create, manage, and support NSTXL OTA events such as virtual and in-person webinars, tradeshows, conferences, industry days, design sprints, 1:1 meetings, Project TALX, Innovator NETWORX, and other customer events.
- Represent NSTXL OTAs at project-specific events to ensure event needs and logistics are met.
- Support all marketing tactics outlined in the NSTXL OTA Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Assist with reporting metrics to be presented to government customers.
- Continuously optimize campaigns and run A/B tests to improve performance.
- Engage with NSTXL members and potential members at events to build strong relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent education/experience.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic with high integrity.
- Dependable and deadline-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external team members.
- Technology skills and confidence to learn unfamiliar programs quickly and efficiently.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, willing to contribute on projects as needed.
- Ability to take feedback, adapt as needed, and ask questions when appropriate.
