The Bilingual New Patient Scheduling Specialist will handle high-volume outbound and inbound communications in English and Spanish to book quality appointments and keep pipelines thriving.

Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential patients to generate interest and secure appointments.
- Follow up consistently with new and warm leads via calls, texts, and emails to maximize opportunities.
- Handle inbound calls, provide information, and address patient needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes on all leads to ensure seamless follow-up and tracking.
- Adhere to a structured daily workflow with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently.
- Manage multiple practice pipelines using HighLevel, nurturing leads according to established guidelines.
- Contact all new and warm leads daily per pipeline protocols to maximize conversion rates.
- Schedule high-quality leads onto the practices' calendars, coordinating with availability.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with the primary contact for each assigned practice.
- Report all set appointments at the end of each day to ensure accurate tracking.
- Provide real-time feedback on concerns or obstacles and escalate to the appropriate department as needed.
- Participate in daily team meetings, contributing insights to improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling or sales role, preferably within healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential patients and partners.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, leads, and pipelines simultaneously.
- Highly self-motivated and able to follow a structured daily workflow with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly HighLevel, and in using email, text messaging, and phone systems for communication.
- Meticulous attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and thorough follow-up on all leads.
- A strong commitment to delivering a world-class experience for partners and potential patients.
- Ability to identify and escalate concerns, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle a high volume of leads daily.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments, contributing in daily meetings.

Schedule and compensation
- 8-hour shift from 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST). Training may occur 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time (CST) for the first 30 days. Monday to Friday.
- Base salary: $42,000 – $50,000 per year.
- Commission with an earning potential of approximately $5,000 annually.
- Total on target earnings (OTE): $47,500 – $55,000.
- Full-time W2 position for domestic candidates only.
