Job Description

Field-based sales and event marketing role in Reno, NV (onsite) with an hourly wage of $23 to $30, focused on setting appointments for estimates and promoting energy-efficient home improvements through door-to-door and event outreach.

Responsibilities

Memorize and apply the employer-provided script, including assumptive and closing language.
Engage attendees at events and homeowners at their residences about the company and its offerings.
Demonstrate product knowledge and influence opinions to build interest.
Gather signatures and contact details to schedule estimates for company products.
Make outbound cold calls from the office when required.
Respond to questions about the company and its products.
Represent the company at rallies, shows, fairs, and other industry events.
Maintain a professional appearance aligned with company standards.
Achieve or exceed quotas established by the organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Prior canvassing experience preferred.
Sales experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade others and sell ideas or products.
Availability to work scheduled hours, including weekends if needed.
Capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to walk and stand for long durations.
