Door to Door and Event Marketing!

Field-based sales and event marketing role in Reno, NV (onsite) with an hourly wage of $23 to $30, focused on setting appointments for estimates and promoting energy-efficient home improvements through door-to-door and event outreach.

Responsibilities

• Memorize and apply the employer-provided script, including assumptive and closing language.
• Engage attendees at events and homeowners at their residences about the company and its offerings.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and influence opinions to build interest.
• Gather signatures and contact details to schedule estimates for company products.
• Make outbound cold calls from the office when required.
• Respond to questions about the company and its products.
• Represent the company at rallies, shows, fairs, and other industry events.
• Maintain a professional appearance aligned with company standards.
• Achieve or exceed quotas established by the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior canvassing experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade others and sell ideas or products.
• Availability to work scheduled hours, including weekends if needed.
• Capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk and stand for long durations.
