Field Marketing Representative – Door-to-Door

Join Renewal by Andersen of Washington as a Field Marketing Representative (Direct Marketing), canvassing local neighborhoods door-to-door to connect with homeowners and generate high-quality leads in Liberty Lake, WA.

Responsibilities

• Canvass local neighborhoods by engaging with homeowners and starting meaningful conversations
• Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door outreach
• Help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s windows and doors can elevate their homes

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout your territory
• Strong organizational skills
• Goal-driven mindset to set goals and meet or exceed them
• Coachable mindset with eagerness to grow
• Confident, clear communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Compensation

• Base pay: $20 per hour
• Incentives: Uncapped commissions with bonuses

Schedule

• Weekly: 40 hours
• Fall/Winter: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Spring/Summer: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
