What you’ll do

• Own direct selling, business development, and the execution of quotas and ratios tied to revenue goals.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date YARDI database to support forecasting and lead follow-up.
• Support development of the annual marketing plan, advertising strategy, and department budget.
• Plan resident referral activities and lead generation events, while keeping a current lead database.
• Use strong competitive knowledge to understand competitors, services offered, rates, and competitive analysis.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in Senior Living sales or a related field.
• A proven track record in occupancy and business development outcomes.
• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence, plus liability insurance, to use a personal vehicle for business development.
