- Introduce qualified opportunities to the appropriate production lead with clear context and organized notes.
- Coordinate introductory meetings and provide relevant project examples or capability materials.
- Stay connected with production to understand progress through qualification and improve targeting over time.
- Support relationship follow-up and opportunity nurturing while production leads proposals and closing.
Marketing that supports growth
- Develop a focused marketing plan aligned to business development priorities and designed to reach people most likely to hire or refer.
- Write and publish compelling stories about projects, capabilities, people, process, and creative problem-solving.
- Own a practical publishing cadence across the website, newsletter, and priority social channels.
- Turn project details into case studies, project pages, outreach content, and other materials.

- Help leadership and production prepare for prospective-client meetings with research, talking points, and examples.
- Keep marketing materials current and easy for the team to find and use.
Pipeline and reporting
- Own the system for tracking prospects, contacts, outreach, qualified leads, handoffs, and follow-up commitments.
- Keep records accurate with clear ownership and next actions.
- Report regularly on outreach activity, qualified conversations, opportunities accepted by production, and lead sources.
- Use production feedback and project outcomes to improve targeting and qualification.
- Manage an approved marketing budget, tools, calendar, and outside resources as needed.
