Job Description

Edwards Vacuum, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Communications Manager to elevate the North America Customer Center's digital footprint through integrated marketing, branding, and data-driven growth. The role blends strategic digital program leadership with hands-on execution across channels, while guiding a Marketing Graduate on digital, web, social, and communications projects. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the North America Customer Center's digital marketing plan across email, web, and paid channels to drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with business line managers, sales leaders, and business development managers to align digital programs with local sales priorities, including HubSpot email campaigns, workflows, lead generation, quality control, and marketing pipeline contribution.
  • Steer e-commerce initiatives such as Edwards MyVacuum and digital conversion efforts to boost online engagement and revenue impact.
  • Oversee digital advertising programs across search, display, and social to support product, service, and brand priorities.
  • Develop and optimize the Edwards CC North America local web presence with structure, content strategy, UX, and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead SEO, site optimization, and content performance improvements to grow organic traffic and engagement.
  • Manage social media strategy, content calendar, and performance across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Oversee internal digital communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and communications teams to align regional execution with corporate brand strategy.
  • Ensure all creative output—digital, print, and sales tools—is high quality and on-brand, partnering with sales and product teams on effective sales enablement materials.
  • Directly manage and mentor a Marketing Graduate supporting digital marketing, web, social, internal communications, and graphics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communication
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, sales, communications, and branding
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexible, able to adapt to a changing environment and priorities, manage pressure, and handle variable workloads
  • Excellent communicator capable of engaging effectively and authoritatively with senior management within the Vacuum Technique sector and external/customer interfaces
  • Proactive and well organized, with a focus on improving processes
  • Advanced skills in MS Office; SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel; plus strong Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Leadforensik
  • People management experience is preferred
