Digital Marketing / Sr Product Analytics Analyst

At FedEx, the Digital Marketing team relies on rigorous analytics to guide strategic initiatives and measure impact. The Digital Marketing / Senior Product Analytics Analyst will partner with marketing and product leaders to define analytics frameworks, surface strategic insights, and own measurement for high-impact programs. This role is based in Collierville, TN with remote flexibility and opportunities to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for high-priority products and platforms.
• Develop analytical models and dashboards to support planning and forecasting.
• Shape the product roadmap through opportunity sizing and performance analysis.
• Lead experimentation strategy and foster a test-and-learn culture.
• Present insights to executives and cross-functional leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or eight years of practical experience in lieu of degree.
• Four or more years in product analytics, advanced business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience with product-led growth, pricing, or platform analytics.
• Expert SQL proficiency.
• Strong fluency with data visualization tools.
• Ability to tie analysis to business impact and customer outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling.

Pay and Compensation

Pay range (USA): $8,007.29/mo - $18,149.85/mo
