In-office digital marketing role focused on paid media, SEO, and lead generation with measurable performance tracking.

Manage and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns
Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
Handle advertising across additional platforms as needed
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for paid and organic search
Monitor and improve local SEO, including Google Business Profile performance
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
Build customer follow-up, promotional, seasonal, and re-engagement email campaigns
Develop and coordinate direct mail campaigns (postcards, flyers, promotional offers, targeted mailers)
Track marketing performance: lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend
Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure campaign and website performance
Track leads and conversions to determine which channels generate customers and revenue
Create, test, and optimize ad copy, audiences, offers, landing pages, and promotions
Support seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns
Assist with website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization
Coordinate marketing efforts across digital, email, social, and traditional advertising channels
Maintain consistent company branding and messaging across marketing materials
Collaborate with management to identify opportunities to increase lead volume and improve marketing ROI

Hands-on experience managing Google Ads
Strong understanding of Google PPC and paid search
Experience managing Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience managing Meta Ads and Facebook Ads
Strong understanding of SEO and local SEO
Experience with keyword research and search optimization
Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns
Experience planning or managing direct mail campaigns
Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on results
Experience with lead generation for a B2C company
Ability to understand and report on marketing performance

Experience marketing for an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, home improvement, or other in-home service or trades company is a major plus
B2C marketing experience strongly preferred
Comfort working with metrics such as Cost per lead, Cost per booked call, Customer acquisition cost, Conversion rate, Click-through rate, Return on ad spend, Lead quality, Organic website traffic, Search rankings, Email open and click rates, Direct mail response rates, and Revenue generated by marketing source
Experience with lead generation for a B2C company

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, home services, or other in-home trades
