Job Description

InnoSource is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Dublin, Ohio team on a contract basis with a hybrid work arrangement. The role centers on creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across platforms, serving as the subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and partnering with marketing colleagues and vendor partners to deliver engaging digital experiences that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain digital assets such as templated banners, landing pages, and messaging within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Launch digital campaigns and target audience segments using Adobe Target.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for AEM and related digital marketing tools.
Collaborate with marketing teams to capture project requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
Oversee production requests, prioritizing work to ensure timely completion while upholding brand standards.
Enhance content for search engine performance and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting content functionality and display.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives and drive desired outcomes.
Ensure website content supports omnichannel marketing efforts and aligns with the broader business strategy.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate revenue tracking and performance metrics across digital content.
Manage projects within Workfront, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed according to deadlines.

Requirements

Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience using Workfront or similar project management software.
Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, content management, and SEO fundamentals.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving systems, processes, and business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
