Lead Monks' Affiliate and Influencer Marketing efforts from Michigan on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Report to the SVP and serve as a people leader across Affiliate & Influencer specialists and Account Leads managing client partnerships, contract negotiations and renewals, and onboarding.
- Act as a thought leader for Affiliate and Influencer programs, shaping the vision and strategy and introducing innovative ideas to adapt to a changing landscape.
- Own revenue generation from new business, client relationships, and ongoing client growth.
- Drive strategy, innovation, and testing for Affiliate and Influencer programs on your book of business while overseeing client programs and publisher/creator development.
- Partner with cross-channel leads to create integrated media plans, allocate budgets, conduct testing, and produce reporting.
- Manage teams from Account Managers to Directors.
- Enhance team morale and culture through engagement, team-building, and mentorship.
- Contribute to department training, POVs, award submissions, and case studies.
- Collaborate closely with major networks (Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten) and other vendor partners on integrations, alpha/beta opportunities, and best practices.
- Operationalize processes and drive adoption across focus areas.
- Help cultivate a team culture that thrives in a hybrid working model.
Requirements
- 12+ years of direct Affiliate and/or Influencer experience.
- Proven ability to lead full-funnel affiliate and influencer programs, including publisher development and content creator strategy.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets with yearly, quarterly, and monthly projections.
- Deep expertise across major affiliate platforms (Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten) and Google Analytics.
- Experience presenting partnership strategy to senior clients, from VPs to C-Suite.
- Experience directing strategy in D2C or Retail, B2B, and B2C digital advertising across verticals is a plus.
- Advanced presentation skills and strong G Suite proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Salary: USD 118,000 - 170,000 per year
