Job Description

Onsite in City of Industry, CA, this role supports Leg Avenue’s digital marketing efforts with a focus on TikTok Shop and social commerce, with a salary range of USD 60,000–70,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support and grow the Leg Avenue TikTok Shop by maintaining product listings, merchandising, promotions, creator campaigns, and marketplace initiatives.
  • Manage marketplace listings and merchandising across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Faire, and other channels.
  • Coordinate affiliate marketing efforts, promotional assets, and marketing content.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to enhance merchandising and customer engagement.
  • Provide backup support for marketplace and drop ship order fulfillment as needed.
  • Participate in marketplace planning and performance discussions.
  • Execute email campaigns from brief through deployment in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Maintain email flows, audience segmentation, and list hygiene.
  • Support Shopify Collective retailer audits and CRM maintenance.
  • Assist with website merchandising, product organization, and content publishing.
  • Support ongoing maintenance of Shopify and marketplace channels.
  • Assist with reporting, research, and special projects for the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute to in-house content creation as needed.
  • Stay informed on social commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or comparable eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and digital marketing best practices; direct TikTok Shop experience is a plus but not required.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms, affiliate marketing, influencer programs, or paid social advertising is advantageous.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
