Job Description
Get Poppy.AI is building an AI-native growth engine for a fast-growing SaaS platform, and the Chief Marketing Officer will own the entire paid acquisition stack from day one. This role concentrates on Meta ads, funnels, landing pages, offers, and copy to engineer scalable growth with a bold target: generate $500K per month in new revenue from cold Meta ads within six months as a stepping stone toward the company’s $1B vision. The position is based in Los Angeles with hybrid options, inviting a results-driven leader to shape and execute the full paid media playbook.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire paid acquisition stack — Meta ads, funnels, landing pages, offers, copy, backend economics — and convert it into a profitable, scalable engine.
- Meta Ads as a core capability: implement from day one, drawing on thousands of case studies, hundreds of affiliate videos, and founder content already converting.
- Full-Stack Funnels: manage two parallel end-to-end funnels, Front-end at $400/year Poppy plan with backend upsells targeting $100K–$200K/mo, and Agency funnel for call-booking selling Poppy at $5K–$10K/year with $300K–$400K/mo target; break-even on the front is acceptable if the backend yields 3x LTV:CAC.
- Growth Lead: establish weekly targets, prune underperforming ads quickly, double down on winners, protect unit economics at scale, and enable the founder team to exit ads ops.
- Achieve $500K/month in new revenue from cold Meta ads at 3x+ LTV:CAC within six months.
Requirements
- You've personally managed $1M+ per month in Meta ad spend with profitable ROAS.
- Location: Los Angeles preferred, remote OK for the right candidate. Willingness to attend in-person sprints in LA and other global locations such as Thailand and Barcelona.

Compensation and logistics
- Base salary: USD 150,000–300,000 per year, commensurate with track record
- Performance bonus: tied to monthly revenue staircase and 3x+ LTV:CAC; missing LTV:CAC for a month means no bonus that month, with uncapped upside above target
