Job Description

The on-site role in Boston, MA leads the growth and management of WHOOP's affiliate channel, focusing on revenue, CAC, and ROAS targets while enabling cross-functional expansion. This position offers a salary of USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year and requires at least five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the affiliate marketing channel, driving revenue, CAC, and ROAS targets to deliver meaningful business impact and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and implement the affiliate growth strategy by identifying, recruiting, negotiating, and managing high-impact partners that contribute to customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Oversee the program's commercial performance, including annual and quarterly planning, revenue forecasting, budget oversight, commission spend, and optimization of investments.
  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, content sites, loyalty programs, and other strategic collaborators across the US and major global markets; conduct regular business reviews and pursue opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Design and run testing initiatives to improve channel efficiency, evaluating promotions, partner incentives, and affiliate commission structures to maximize profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, PR, Finance, Product, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, reporting, forecasting, and flawless campaign execution.
  • Maintain operational excellence and program integrity by ensuring affiliate compliance with brand guidelines and partnership agreements, monitoring traffic quality, and proactively addressing fraud or non-compliant activity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnership marketing, or related growth roles.
  • Proven ability to own channel-level performance metrics such as revenue, CAC, ROAS, or equivalent commercial KPIs.
  • Experience managing affiliate programs through platforms like Impact and Awin.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using business intelligence and reporting tools to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Experience building forecasts, managing budgets, and evaluating marketing investments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of operating independently and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer, subscription, consumer technology, or health and wellness sectors.
  • Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work maintains the same quality standards as personal contributions.
