Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly reports for clients (internal and external), communicating key metrics, goal attainment, and opportunities
  • Develop, implement, monitor, analyze and optimize education performance media campaigns
  • Provide technical support for new partner integrations and enhancements; collaborate with internal and partner ad operations teams to QA and implement tracking across platforms and publishers
  • Engage with key partners to optimize program performance by driving volume to campaigns
  • Deliver detailed analysis of performance metrics and tracking techniques to boost efficiency and ROI for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to align expectations of both clients and internal teams

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL)
  • Strong analytical skills to measure affiliate program success and identify opportunities to grow client accounts and improve metrics
  • Experience leveraging site analytics for insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Clear communication over phone, email, and writing with solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with excellent organizational skills

Work Environment

No physical activity is required. Some travel may be needed for trade shows, publisher and client visits, etc.

Salary Range

Base salary ranges from $66,300 to $80,000 per year. Final offer may vary based on skills, experience, training, education, licensure or certifications, and qualifications. We employ an aptitude and competency based hiring approach and provide a comprehensive total rewards package including a discretionary bonus and a broad benefits program.
