Job Description

Oxyfresh Worldwide offers a benefits-forward path for a Performance Marketing Manager to own growth across paid media, email and SMS, Amazon, affiliates, and social commerce. This onsite role in Coeur d'Alene, ID puts you in the driver seat of revenue, empowered to move quickly, test aggressively, and optimize end-to-end. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with annual bonus opportunities. Location & Work Setup

  • Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 (onsite)
  • Work arrangement: In-office position with occasional flexible work-from-home Fridays

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid media across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Launch, test, and optimize campaigns across audiences, creatives, and offers
  • Continuously reallocate budget based on performance and efficiency
  • Scale winning campaigns and quickly cut underperforming ones
  • Own execution and optimization of email and SMS campaigns
  • Manage campaign calendar aligned with promotions, launches, and key moments
  • Optimize for revenue per send, not just opens and clicks
  • Collaborate on flows and lifecycle improvements (welcome, post-purchase, winback)
  • Manage and optimize Amazon advertising performance
  • Own affiliate marketing strategy and performance
  • Oversee social commerce (TikTok Shop, IG Shop) from a revenue perspective
  • Partner closely with the Social & Creator Manager to leverage high-performing content
  • Turn winning content into scalable ads, email creatives, and commerce assets
  • Identify opportunities to scale creators through paid, affiliate, and commerce channels
  • Run continuous experiments across creative, audiences, offers, and channels
  • Focus on revenue, CAC, MER, and contribution margin
  • Maintain a high velocity of testing and iteration
  • Own performance reporting across all channels
  • Identify growth drivers and assigne what is not working
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve performance
  • Feed learnings back into content and campaign strategy
  • Work closely with the Social & Creator Manager to guide content that converts
  • Collaborate with the Growth Director to align on strategy, budget, and goals
  • Provide input on content to produce, offers that work, and where to allocate budget
  • Use tools to manage campaigns efficiently, analyze performance, and scale testing
  • Operate across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo (or similar), Amazon Ads, and affiliate tools
  • Think in terms of total business performance, not individual channels
  • Be accountable for revenue, not just campaign metrics
  • Move quickly, test aggressively, and make data-driven decisions
