This hybrid role in Plano, TX focuses on planning, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across major platforms while owning conversion tracking and reporting.
In this position, you will translate client business goals into channel strategies, run structured testing, and continuously improve performance through data-backed optimization. You will also coordinate with internal teams when tracking, landing pages, forms, or sales processes create friction for conversion.
Role & Campaign Ownership

- Turn business goals, service offerings, target audiences, and budgets into practical campaign and channel strategies.
- Develop and test ad copy, creative directions, audiences, bidding strategies, and calls to action based on research and performance insights.
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, offer, and landing-page research to support campaign planning and iteration.
- Monitor daily performance metrics including budget pacing, search terms, placements, impression share, lead volume, lead quality, CPL/CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS where applicable.
- Optimize continuously using structured testing, negative keyword management, audience refinement, creative iteration, and bid and budget adjustments.
- Improve conversion paths by identifying friction points and refining campaign-to-website experiences.
Conversion Tracking & Reporting
- Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, enhanced conversions, and relevant website or CRM integrations.
- Identify tracking, landing-page, form, website, or sales-process blockers and coordinate with content, SEO, design, development, sales, and project management teams to resolve them.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports and join client calls to explain results, risks, recommendations, and agreed next actions.
- Manage several client accounts at once while maintaining clear priorities, documentation, and delivery timelines.
AI Tools & Ongoing Platform Updates
- Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, campaign ideation, ad-copy variations, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency, while reviewing outputs for accuracy and brand fit.
- Stay current with advertising platform changes, privacy requirements, attribution limitations, automation features, and emerging performance-marketing practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Working experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads, with the ability to manage campaigns independently.
- Agency or multi-client experience, including managing competing priorities and different business models.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, audiences, bidding, attribution, budget allocation, testing, and optimization.
- Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, pixels, and tracking validation.
- Ability to interpret performance data, identify the reasons behind changes, and translate findings into specific actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-call and report-presentation experience, with attention to campaign and reporting accuracy.
- Practical understanding of how landing-page experience, website usability, forms, CRM processes, and sales follow-up affect paid-media results.
