Job Description

Own the growth engine at Leland from our Lehi, UT office. In this Performance Marketing Manager role, you will lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, supporting consumer growth while helping build the early foundation for a B2B paid pipeline for the AI Builder Program. If you enjoy running channels daily, scaling through testing, and using AI tools such as Claude to automate busywork, this role is built for you.

What you’ll do

  • Run day to day paid efforts across Google (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta, and LinkedIn, including budgets, bidding, targeting, creative rotation, and reporting
  • Manage spend across core consumer categories and build a clear point of view on where the next dollar should go
  • Drive performance against CAC and payback targets, including early, honest flagging when something is not working, and input on which metrics matter most across the funnel
  • Run structured tests across audiences, offers, landing pages, and creative, documenting learnings so the team improves over time
  • Partner daily with channel and business unit owners to ensure paid supports the full buyer journey, from first touch through purchase or closed deal
  • Develop and expand the early stage B2B paid motion, starting with Google and LinkedIn and Meta, to generate pipeline for the AI Builder Program’s team and enterprise offering
  • Collaborate with sales and AI Programs marketing on ICP, target account lists, lead magnets, and handoff from lead to booked meeting
  • Help refine how paid supports the university business as it grows
  • Build reporting that connects spend to pipeline and closed revenue, not just form fills, signups, or clicks
  • Use Claude and other tools to automate repetitive tasks such as pulling reports, catching anomalies, drafting ad variations, building audiences, and QA’ing campaigns
  • Maximize platform-native automation and AI capabilities while knowing when to take the wheel back
  • Create systems and documentation so channel knowledge is shared across marketing and insights spread broadly
  • Work closely with content and creative (or contractors) to maintain a healthy pipeline of ad creative and provide specific feedback on what performs

What you bring

  • 5–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with direct ownership of meaningful budgets on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Experience on both sides is a plus: driving consumer purchases and building sales-led B2B pipeline
  • Strong data instincts and comfort in ad platforms and GA4; Databricks experience is a plus
  • Understanding of attribution and lift testing, including experience with pitfalls to avoid
  • Already using AI in daily workflows and building real outputs such as automations, scripts, skills, or agents, with a preference for automating busywork
  • A systems thinker who builds processes that scale as spend and channel count grow
  • Direct communicator who provides an honest read on performance, strong or weak
  • Bonus: experience in edtech, marketplaces, AI enablement, or selling to L&D or university buyers

Tools you’ll use

  • Google Search, PMax, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, Databricks, Claude, AI
  • Attribution, lift testing

  • Join a world-class team helping people achieve career and educational dreams
  • Collaborative, high-energy environment where your work directly impacts results
  • Fast-paced, AI-native environment
