Job Description

BLUEROCK TOOLS is hiring an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager based in Kent, WA to lead hands-on growth across paid media, marketplaces, and website merchandising. This onsite role focuses on profitable execution inside major advertising and e-commerce platforms, with the independence to troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and support new product launches end to end.

You’ll manage day-to-day digital marketing and e-commerce operations spanning search, social, and marketplace advertising, while also improving product content, promotions, and conversion-related merchandising. The team expects strong analytical judgment and a practical, platform-first approach to solving technical and operational problems.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the day-to-day analysis and optimization of paid advertising across Google Ads and Google Shopping, Meta/Facebook Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, Amazon Advertising, and TikTok Ads.
  • Create and optimize campaigns, including keyword and audience targeting, plus bid and budget management.
  • Own Shopping and product-feed advertising tasks, including remarketing, creative testing, search-term analysis, budget allocation, and performance analysis by product and category.
  • Support profitable growth by ensuring ad decisions ultimately support profitable outcomes, not just clicks, followers, or advertising-attributed revenue.
  • Maintain and improve product listings, including product descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and supporting content.
  • Build new products and categories in BigCommerce.
  • Perform website merchandising and develop online promotions.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and monitor conversion rates and customer behavior.
  • Identify ways to improve the purchasing experience.
  • Coordinate and improve product content across marketplaces.
  • Lead new product go-to-market activities, including competitive market research, online positioning, website listings, and coordination of product photography and video.
  • Create product copy and launch support content.
  • Run advertising campaigns for new product launches.
  • Manage marketplace content for new launches, execute email and social media for launches, and build launch promotions.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis and optimization.
  • Manage BLUEROCK Tools’ presence across relevant social platforms with a focus on useful, commercially relevant content, and reuse content across social, ads, product listings, email, Amazon, eBay, and the BLUEROCK site.
  • Help develop email campaigns and customer-retention initiatives, including new-product announcements, promotions, abandoned-cart programs, cross-selling, reactivation, and repeat-purchase campaigns.
  • Grow organic search visibility by improving product and category optimization, buying guides and comparison content, FAQs and educational content, video, internal linking, keyword research, and other commercially relevant opportunities.
  • Coordinate specialized outside SEO resources when appropriate.
  • Develop clear reporting for leadership, investigate performance changes, and recommend next steps.
  • Work directly with platform and vendor representatives including Google, Meta, Amazon, BigCommerce, Feedonomics, and others.
  • Open, document, escalate, and follow through on technical or account-support cases.
  • Troubleshoot issues across product feeds, advertising, marketplaces, tracking, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Evaluate and manage outside agencies, freelancers, and contractors, holding them accountable for performance and deliverables.
  • Independently pursue complicated problems until resolved.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve productivity, analyze information, develop and refine marketing content, research competitors and markets, streamline repetitive workflows, and solve business problems.
  • Learn BLUEROCK’s products, customers, ad accounts, website, marketplaces, vendors, and processes during the first several months.
  • By around six months, independently own the majority of the company’s day-to-day digital marketing and e-commerce execution.
  • Take a new product that is ready for commercialization and manage the majority of its online launch, becoming a trusted owner for e-commerce issues and opportunities.
