Job Description

Endosoft LLC seeks a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support coordinating marketing initiatives, campaigns, web content management, materials inventory, event support, and sales enablement. The role offers potential for a full-time transition based on business needs and performance, with on-site duties in Schenectady, New York.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent brand image across digital, print, and social media by updating company websites, including content updates and search optimization efforts.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn medical software and adapt quickly to new tools.
  • Promote products or services at conventions, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Assist in trade show preparation, including pre-show marketing planning, material creation, and understanding show requirements.
  • Develop digital advertisement content, monitor campaigns, and adjust as needed.
  • Write press releases and website articles for digital distribution.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and growth of the company’s social media presence aligned with market trends and company goals.
  • Help manage and develop marketing materials by assessing current inventory and forecasting future supply needs.
  • Assist with artwork design and production of brochures, business cards, advertisements, presentations, coupons, and flyers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve campaign objectives and analyze public responses.
  • Assist in updating sales training materials for new hires.
  • Provide the sales team with tools and materials to attract and drive new business.
  • Support monitoring of bid sites and assist with completing Bids, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related program.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, sales, and SEO.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in trade show coordination is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Regularly seated for long periods and able to communicate effectively by listening and speaking.
  • Occasional standing, climbing or balancing, and bending or crouching motions.
  • Ability to cope with travel-related requirements and stress.
  • Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include near and far sight, color perception, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focusing ability.

Position Type and Hours

Part-time on-site role with flexible scheduling and the possibility of a full-time transition based on business needs.

Travel

Domestic travel up to approximately 10 percent of the year is possible.

Pay Range

Hourly compensation ranges from USD 23 to 26 per hour.
