Job Description

Full-time Digital Marketing Specialist role supporting three brands, with remote or hybrid work options, for Bullseye Industries Inc. based in Juneau, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

Develop and publish content calendars for websites, email campaigns, and social media channels.
Create marketing assets including graphics, digital ads, and videos.
Apply video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro as needed.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns via Google Ads.
Implement basic SEO practices to boost organic traffic.
Track performance analytics, interpret data, and report on key KPIs.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing roles.
Strong graphic design capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of Google Ads and foundational SEO concepts.
Excellent writing skills and ability to multitask effectively.
