This onsite opportunity in Beverly Hills, CA offers a competitive salary of USD 84,000 per year and direct collaboration with the Founder and COO. You will own the paid marketing ecosystem across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok and additional platforms, shaping strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. The position thrives on cross functional teamwork with creative, education, sales, and operations teams to drive revenue and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead all paid media across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok and other paid channels.
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns that generate revenue.
- Define audience targeting, lookalike segments, retargeting, and acquisition funnels.
- Oversee UGC advertising campaigns and Partnership/Collaborative Ads across social platforms.
- Manage Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, automations, segmentation, and customer journeys.
- Develop paid marketing plans for product launches, promotions, and education events.
- Analyze campaign performance and continually optimize creative, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Provide weekly reporting on ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.
- Present data driven recommendations to leadership on products, promotions, and marketing opportunities based on performance.
- Ensure tracking, APIs, pixels, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and other integrations are functioning properly.
- Stay ahead of advertising trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of paid media management with proven, measurable results.
- Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Deep understanding of audience development, attribution, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing UGC and Partnership Ads.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized, self motivated, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Beauty or e commerce experience is preferred.
