Job Description

New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive patient growth across women’s health, hormone management, aesthetics, wellness, and advanced treatments. This full-time role combines strategic campaign management, content planning, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate the clinic’s visibility and patient acquisition in Kennewick, on-site. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize patient acquisition campaigns to drive growth across service lines.
  • Create and coordinate Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Develop social media strategies designed to generate patient demand.
  • Plan content, campaigns, offers, and calls to action.
  • Help define landing page direction and craft campaign copy.
  • Track leads from inquiry through booked appointment.
  • Measure campaign performance and patient acquisition results.
  • Coordinate with leadership and external marketing partners.
  • Support event promotion, referral campaigns, and local growth initiatives.
  • Help improve lead follow up and conversion systems.
  • Bring proactive growth ideas to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or growth marketing, with AI skills.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, landing pages, or campaign tracking.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative instincts with the ability to produce measurable results.
  • Ability to understand marketing data and performance metrics.

Compensation

Base salary: USD 65,000 – 75,000 per year.

Bonus potential: Up to USD 2,000 per month based on measurable new patient growth while the clinic operates under 70 percent capacity.

Phase 1 bonus tiers: $500 at 90 qualified new patients, $1,250 at 105, and $2,000 at 120.

Work Location

On-site in Kennewick, Washington.
