$40 - $45/hr Full time Marketing Campaign Management Coordinator

Marketing Operations and Systems Coordinator role, onsite in Thornton, CO, with compensation of $40-$45 per hour.

Design and optimize end-user nurture journeys with a focus on ongoing improvement and growth
Lead end-user programs and product or service development initiatives to ensure timely launches
Collaborate on new product and service business plans from concept to creation, supporting asset creation, market research, pro forma growth projections, and ROI targets
Manage projects end-to-end, outlining steps and milestones with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on schedule
Coordinate all logistics for end-user events and trade shows
Develop and track metrics that measure the health of processes and systems
Incorporate end-user perspectives into marketing systems and process design to enhance user experience and continuous conversion improvements
Assist in maintaining product gross margin targets by monitoring price positioning against competitors
Design and execute market research surveys
Coordinate and manage direct customer requests
Oversee SWAG purchases and related inventory
Assist with other duties as assigned

5+ years experience in marketing coordination
5+ years experience building and improving digital nurture journeys
1+ years experience in event coordination
Familiarity and confidence with CRM and marketing automation platforms (examples include Salesforce, Constant Contact, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Comfort with WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, and the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent attention to detail
Effective interpersonal skills for communicating with all levels of personnel, community members, and leadership with tact and respect
A desire to engage with Sashco’s unique and quirky culture
Minimum experience: 1 year

A process guru who implements and refines workflows, with clear metrics to indicate health and performance
