Role Overview

Perfected Health Care is building a mission-driven growth team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will turn data, creative ideas, and community relationships into meaningful client impact. You will also gain hands-on exposure to the home-care business while working alongside leaders invested in your success.

What You’ll Enjoy

Competitive salary plus performance bonuses tied to new-referral wins
Paid time off, health benefits, and mentor-guided career paths
Autonomy to own projects, with a supportive team when you need backup
Ongoing training in SEO, digital ads, CRM/ATS tools, and healthcare compliance

How You’ll Make a Difference

Fuel the referral engine: Identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior-living communities, and social-service agencies.
Create campaigns that click: Design print, email, and social content; track open rates and ROI; pivot quickly to improve results.
Own the weekly dashboard: Compile KPIs on leads, conversions, and competitor activity; present insights to senior management.
Showcase our programs: Deliver clear, compelling overviews of specialty services (memory care, fall-prevention, respite) to department heads and community groups.
Map the market: Research trends, vet new territories, and recommend strategies to help the agency stay ahead of local competitors.

What You Bring

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or 1+ year of hands-on sales or marketing experience
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp) and basic analytics
Comfort networking at health fairs, chamber events, and professional luncheons
Organized self-starter who meets deadlines and can turn spreadsheets into clear stories
Competitive drive paired with genuine empathy for families seeking home-care solutions

Work Setup

Flexible work from home options are available.
