Job Description

Ricardo Beverly Hills is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive performance across e-commerce, paid media, email, social, and content channels. This onsite role in Algona, Washington, places you at the center of collaboration with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, Product, and Sales to bring Ricardo’s travel stories and products to life across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily management and optimization of Ricardo's e-commerce ecosystem, tracking performance and user behavior to support revenue growth
  • Evaluate website performance, conversion rates, customer journeys, and sales trends to spot improvement opportunities
  • Recommend enhancements to the online shopping experience, navigation, merchandising, and the conversion funnel
  • Support product launches with collection setup, content updates, promotions, and digital merchandising
  • Assist with Shopify Plus updates, landing pages, homepage refreshes, and promotional campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor digital trends within travel, luggage, and lifestyle categories
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Design, Customer Services, Sales) to align on initiatives
  • Assist planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and emerging channels
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
  • Partner with agency partners and internal teams to improve campaign efficiency
  • Support A/B testing of creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
  • Contribute to email marketing calendar development and campaign execution
  • Create and manage campaigns for product launches, retail and seasonal promotions, travel inspiration content, and customer retention efforts
  • Execute campaigns including abandoned cart and lifecycle programs
  • Analyze email performance and provide optimization recommendations
  • Assist with audience segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Support Ricardo's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Develop engaging content ideas that connect with travelers and lifestyle audiences
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and user-generated content programs
  • Coordinate content calendars for all brands, publishing schedules, and performance reporting
  • Help transform product features into compelling consumer stories
  • Track and report digital marketing KPIs, building recurring dashboards and insights
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
  • Monitor customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue trends; translate analytics into actionable recommendations
  • Explore and leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and customer engagement
  • Support automation opportunities including content creation workflows, reporting, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, with Shopify Plus preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Pay

$59,000 - $62,000 per year
