Job Description

In this on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role, you’ll contribute to Insurance Agency Marketing Services, Inc by shaping digital campaigns and content that support both internal initiatives and client projects. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution—from copy and social posts to paid media management and performance reporting—delivering results that matter for the business and its clients. Located in Elkhorn, NE, the role requires collaboration across teams to turn data into actionable marketing plans.

Responsibilities

Design and execute integrated digital marketing programs for internal initiatives and client engagements
Produce compelling, brand-consistent content for websites, social channels, and email outreach
Oversee webinar operations using GoToWebinar, including setup, invitation emails, and coordination with hosts and co-hosts
Plan, monitor, and refine paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
Support internal and external presentations with PowerPoint and light graphic/document creation
Manage targeted email campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Campaigner, Constant Contact, and others
Develop strategic marketing plans for clients aligned with the agency’s creative services
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies

Requirements

Three or more years of proven experience in copywriting, social media management, and digital advertising
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Digital Media/Marketing, Marketing Communications, English, Journalism, Graphic Design, etc.)
Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and content creation
Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and deliver measurable results
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
